Drawing on our extensive experience in office refurbishment projects, leading design and fit-out specialist Intex Projects partnered with Verona Architectural Tiles to create a tile specification for the transformation of the 32,000 sq ft Kingmaker Court, a landmark office development in Warwickshire’s thriving business community.

For this Grade A, ‘Best in Class’ office space, Intex turned to Simon Everingham to help source tiles that would meet both the aesthetic and technical requirements of the project.

Our Flodsten range was specified in two formats; 60x120cm and 60x60cm.

Inspired by the iconic Italian Ceppo di Gré stone, Flodsten is a premium porcelain stoneware collection that combines a distinctive mineral-rich appearance with exceptional durability and performance. Its contemporary aesthetic makes it a popular choice for modern commercial interiors.

Installed on floors throughout the building, Flodsten has helped create a sophisticated and cohesive finish that enhances the overall workspace. The completed project is a testament to the impact of well-considered material selection and quality design.
