Sir Jack

It was great to drop into the newly refurbished Sir Jack in Rotherham and see it bustling with happy customers.

It was a genuine privilege for Verona to be chosen by SODA Group UK to supply the tiled finishes into this project. This is the latest new generation Pub & Carvery concept from Greene King. The project was managed by John Lannin who proposed our zellige inspired Hope Hexagons in olive (VA11763) for feature walls and a slate effect porcelain tile from our Wonder range in the Shade colourway (VA11906) for W/C walls.

The tiled heart of the project is a stunning feature floor at the carvery collection point. SODA chose a 200×200 terrazzo inspired geometric pattern which they cleverly designed to be laid in a diamond pattern drawing the attention of all the patrons towards the focal point of the building. The fit out was completed by long standing collaborations PDS Design and Build and we look forward to working with the whole of the supply chain on many more projects for this client.
